Neil Parthasarathy

Founding Member

Neil Parthasarathy is the founding member of Value Health Solutions Inc. He has a wide commercial and clinical solutions background and has served in several managerial capacities in designing  and marketing many solutions. Over the past 15+ years of implementation experience, he has acquired vast knowledge on a variety of CRMs, clinical data management and operations systems such as Siebel CRM, Oracle Clinical, CTMS and Pharmacovigilance systems.  His knowledge and depth on Commercial and  Clinical Operations domain has helped in many enterprise level solutions in a regulated environment. Neil's command and deep expertize in Regulatory requirements (including agencies such as FDA, MHLW, CCIB, MHRA ) and Computer System Validation in the Life Sciences Industry will help to break all the barriers when it comes to regulatory approvals. He also brings in competency in Solutions  Deployment, Governance, Strategic planning, New Business opportunity Identification, Partner Identification and relationship management, Analyst Briefings, Implementation of Life Sciences solutions ranging from Sales , Marketing and  Clinical Development, etc..

Nick Fortunato

Chief Marketing Officer

Nick Fortunato is a creative and strategic leader with a proven track record of launching branded content studios and turning them into multimillion-dollar and award-winning businesses.  He is a storyteller who is able to connect brands with audiences through content in meaningful and emotional ways.  He's built and run branded content studios over the past 15 years at HEAVY, Dailymotion and most recently at XO Group (The Knot, The Nest and The Bump) where he was a member of the leadership team that contributed to 3x growth for XO Group and a $1B acquisition in December 2018 by Permira Funds.

Jason Werner

Strategic Head

Jason Werner is the Director of Commercial Development & Strategic Alliances for NicOx Inc. Mr. Werner oversees the strategic planning and commercial development of current and future products. Mr. Werner brings over 12 years of commercial strategy and global market development experience in life sciences and technology. In his most recent role at Wipro Limited as Industry Principal, he led the Global Domain Consulting Practice in the Life Sciences Division, focused on commercial solutions. Prior to Wipro, Mr. Werner was Associate Director, Strategic Product Planning, at Inspire Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he led global commercial planning for the cystic fibrosis franchise. In addition, Mr. Werner held positions in sales and marketing for Inspire's entry into the ophthalmic arena.
