Some of the studies show already doctors are not congenial to meet with medical representatives to gain knowledge on the drug applications and indications which can be treated by a particular drug. When they need help, they want to reach out to their peers through social media communities. So traditional medical representatives (MRs) or medical science liaison (MSLs) are clearly getting faded out. Due to social media explosion, Twitter and Facebook patients can reach out to the world seeking advices. Some of the recommendations coming from peer groups or physicians channel greatly influence their decision to undergo a treatment or not. So how do we get the patient and physicians engaged on a particular therapy or drug consumption.
